Event Terms & Conditions



By purchasing a ticket or attending an event presented by Mudcrab Music, you agree to the following terms and conditions.



1. Ticket Purchase and Validity



All tickets must be purchased through authorised ticketing providers. Tickets are only valid for the event, date, and venue specified at the time of purchase. Resale of tickets at a premium without permission may result in cancellation without refund. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced except as required by law.



2. Event Changes and Cancellation



The promoter reserves the right to alter the artist lineup, venue, date, and event program at any time without prior notice. In the case of event cancellation, refunds will be issued through the original ticketing provider in accordance with their refund policy. No refunds will be provided for changes in lineup or partial performances.



3. Entry Requirements



This is an 18+ event unless otherwise specified. Valid photo identification is required for entry. The promoter and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for behaviour deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in breach of venue policies, without refund.



4. Meet & Greet Disclaimer



Tickets to our events do not include a meet and greet with performing artists, unless explicitly stated as part of the ticket type or promotional offer.



5. Prohibited Items



The following items are not permitted: alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, glass, recording equipment, professional cameras, or any items that may cause harm or disruption. Security checks may be conducted at entry.



6. Risk and Liability



Attendance at events is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter, venue, and associated parties are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property. Patrons are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.



7. Media and Photography



By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and agree that such material may be used by the promoter for promotional purposes without compensation.



8. Data Capture



Guests purchasing a ticket to this event understand that their personal data may be used by the promoter and affiliated parties to communicate information about this event and future events.



9. Responsible Behaviour



The venue practices the responsible service of alcohol. Intoxicated or disorderly patrons will be refused entry or removed without refund. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and may result in ejection and referral to authorities.



10. Acceptance of Terms



By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
